ASAP when you have symptoms. (pubic bone pain, round ligament pain, pelvic heaviness, rib pain, SIJ pain, back pain, lower abdominal heaviness, leakage, difficulty empty your bladder, etc!)

We HIGHLY recommend (and so do our past patients) doing at least a birth prep visit around 34 weeks.

You don’t have to have a painful pregnancy. Working on improving during your pregnancy can set you up for a better birth and recovery. Not to mention, body changes a lot during pregnancy. Having a really good understanding of the pelvic floor, breathing mechanics and deep core activation and really help accelerate recovery in the postpartum phase.

It is common for us to see women in the first trimester as relaxin is peaking and aches and pains start.

In the first and second trimester we focus on educating you on body mechanics (and how to keep your glutes), building strength and resilience in the deep core, hips, pelvic floor bringing balance to your body as little one grows.

In the third trimester we work on lengthening the pelvic floor and the hips to help prepare your body for birth. We end with 1-2 birth prep visits teaching you everything you need to know and showing you how to perform perineal massage, labor positions and birth prep stretches and most importantly we teach you how to “PUSH” correctly. Planned epidural? No problem, we have tips for all types of births.

01. Discovery call

Sign up for a call to get the details about working with us and get your questions answered.

02. Intial evaluation

Come into the clinic for a 1-on-1 appointment for a full hour with your doctor of physical therapy. Detailed history, examination and start of treatment.

03. Your customized plan

Follow up at regular intervals. We don’t just want your symptoms gone, we want them to never come back to how they are now.
